Friendly hotel, ideal for the more independent traveller. The central location was excellent for sightseeing, being very close to the Spanish Steps. The facilities were very good value for money and the room was clean, comfortable and nicely furnished.

Because of the personal welcome you immediatly feel welcome in Rome! The staff is really nice and helps you to get to know the city and explain to you want you want to know. My room was very nice and comfortable. The hotel is located in a perfect place, in the middle of the centre.

Babuino 127 rooms is very well located close to the spanish steps. It´s very clean and nice. The owner is very pleasant.
At the time of my booking there was supposedly a 70 % pricereduction which means that the ordinary price shuld have been about 400 euro per night which i believe no one has paid. 400 euro a night seems in hindsight like a ludicurous overprice and if we are supposed to be honest the price has always been about 120 euro a night (which it was when I looked it up at their website ) And 120 euro for the location maybe is rather normal or somewhat overpriced. So my suggestion is to give the right price whithout saying it´s reduced from a phantasised price if they are to be taken serious.
